thirty three weeks!

*this week baby girl weighs a little over 4 pounds (heft a pineapple) and has passed the 17-inch mark. she's rapidly losing that wrinkled, alien look and her skeleton is hardening. the bones in her skull aren't fused together, which allows them to move and slightly overlap, thus making it easier for her to fit through the birth canal. (The pressure on the head during birth is so intense that many babies are born with a conehead-like appearance.) <---no one told us this when we had jaden. mom & dad kinda freaked out! haha these bones don't entirely fuse until early adulthood, so they can grow as his brain and other tissue expands during infancy and childhood.

symptoms:

*i'm always so exhausted!

*this stinkin' back pain!

*some legs cramps

sleep:

*sleeping hasnt been good to me at all! :/

movement:

*she loves to move the most when im trying to take a nap or trying to go to sleep for the night.

food cravings:

*still not reallly craving anything.

anything making me queasy or sick:

*nope, but the mornings i've been feeling kinda nauseated.

looking fwd to:

*our "staycation" thursday-sunday. we decided to hang out at the pool instead of going anywhere and dragging two pregos that have a month left to go!

*then moday & tuesday we are taking jaden to fossil rim and having a little mini vacation for the last time of a family of 3(;

best moments this week:

*our baby shower saturday, it was fun getting little girl gifts!

*enjoying my husband being home!
